This is my latest build, the Revell 1936 Ford Coupe/Cabriolet. As usual, paint is Tamiya (TS20), wheels/tyres from parts box. The kit is designed to have the top fitted after the interior is inserted - didn't fancy this so had to build up from underneath after top was blended in. The kit is a curbside 'cos I didn't know how things would work out. Thanks for looking.

One mean lookin ride. Very clean. Look at that shine on the paint. What with emeral(type color) green? Never saw green cars, now they are all over the place. Green with the white interior really stands out. Again, very clean and well done.

Wow, paintjob is amazing. So smooth and SHINY. Color looks good too. I like the body lines, '36 Ford is great basis for Custom. That grille looks realistic, and this is very clean build without big mistakes.

Uh Paul I think It worked out pretty well bud. That is a beautiful model and I love the colors you went with. I panicked and had to check out the instructions on my AMT '36 Ford. Lucky the interior goes in from the bottom because I to have to make a convertible a coupe with some bodywork. Thanks for sharing and great job.

You say it's the Revell kit ? To my knowledge Revell never tooled a 36 ford. What you've probably got is the old 1/24th scale Monogram kit reboxed as Revell/Monogram.

That's NICE! I agree that the color combo' is awesome. And those wide whites really ties it together.

You say the kit builds a cabriolet, also? I'd like to see that. I may have to track one of these down for myself, as the '36 is near the top of my list of all time favorites. You've done it justice; Thank you.

I love the look on this one, the paint looks flawless! I've been saying green is the new red for hot rods and green is money here in the States. I got a hold of this same kit and plan to swap out some of the parts to build a stock '37 since they are both 1/24 scale. It does have a nice flathead. No engine in yours since it's curbside? It will look good on the shelf anyway with just the right stance. B)
