Errr...the exciting aspect is actually that it's a Toyota Land Cruiser.

Wow! A 1/24 scale Land Cruiser? Now that is something worth getting excited about. I assume a rework, or "upgraded mould" of the Esci version? Looks cool - here

The body looks like it will be a curbside, too bad - but most in the States have been converted to small block Chevys.

That's exactly what it is, a pimped ESCI mold. Italeri advertised it as just that on their stand and I can vouch for the engraving being spot on!

Also re-released are the ex-ESCI Land Rover, the old Italeri Opel Blitz, and the old Italeri Willys MB.
