looks to me like he just wants to cover himself for shipping costs. his offer is to reduce the shipping to what is really paid. i dont see a problem with that.

stupid, and i wouldnt bid on it, but to me jesse james is an outlaw from missouri mid 19th century and i dont give a wit about some pretty boy "car customizer" or whatever this jj's claim to some spurious fame might be, so my interest level in this particular (ly stupid) toy.
