pete3522 Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 (edited) Well heres how it gos I started out with a built glue bomb I bought off evil bay for 50 bucks that was about destroyed from glue and arcrylic paint and painted black with the can-do decals not a good combo!!!lol So i spent about 4 days striping paint and carefully dissasembling!! Which i was using a few choice words in the processs!! BUt anyway ihave the cab and sleeper painted and striped I had to use a new sleeper the other one was to far gone from glue!! Now comes the wrecker body I cut and hinged all the compartment doors and the sleeper doors which was a real biotch next in line is I am going to make the 2 compartments left and right into control panels which I have to build yet Then I am going to make all the forks and 5th wheel attachment for the wheel lift!! and also the rear air lines and light bar for a truck in tow!!lol I was going to do the air line chasis thing but im to burned out for that and i thought about lighting it but nah to much for now!!Hhttp://plastimodelki...terbilt-wrecker The only thing i am hung up on is this has a cummins and the real truck has a cat i painted it tan cummins color I dont have a cat to put in it so should I paint the cummins cat yellow???? But anyway how do i post pics on here ????I can get some progress pics in the next couple days I also made the tag axle operational it goes up and down Ifigured it was cheaper to experiment on a 50 dollar evilbay build then 300-500 on a new kit like some evilbay people are asking::: Edited December 4, 2011 by pete3522
