Need Some Help Truck Guys

I am building up the frame on AMT White Freightliner and the instructions are a bit sketchy to say the least. I am trying to fit the radius arms on the rear axles and cannot figure out how they mount. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am building this one to best i can come up with is they go on the cross rod between springs and go to rear mount hope this helps P.S . the instructions are not very good
