1960 Nissan Bluebird

Squeaked this one in for another 2011 build. I honestly can't remember which models or how many I finished this year, but I know this is one.

Arii's 1/32 scale kit of Nissan's first US import, the Nissan Bluebird. This was a curbside kit and somewhere I got the bright idea to add an engine and other detail and this is what came out.

I opened the hood, scratch built an engine using a heavily modified Mini engine and styrene, built up the engine bay, added some additional interior details (which are next to impossible to see) and opened up hood vent and grill.

This looks awesome! This thing would have looked sweet just as a curbside, but adding a engine and to a 1/32 really brought it over the top. Nice work I would swear it came from Arii's that way. I really like everything about this one..thanks for sharing
