painting a 1/24 Shelby Mustang GT 350 H Plastic Model Kit

im painting the model kit exterior body today im going to use motip dupli black.

My question is, I also got this product, is it good for priming? http://www.motipdupli.de/index.php?id=ipg_1225&L=2

Should I use it before? Or should I get a diff one?

p.s. if some1 can post tutorials on using small brushes to paint small imperious parts it will be great.
