Luberfiner oil filter hookup

I am getting ready to build A 359 Peterbuilt with A 3406 CAT in it and am planning to do a little extra plumbing on it. What I need to find out is how to hook up the Luberfiner. If anyone has and extra second could you tell me how many lines I need to run and where they hook up to etc. Thanks, Keith

I FOUND OUT WHERE THE TWO LINES HOOK UP TO FROM FROM A POST SOMEONE MADE A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO. KEITH
