Wheels and Tire question

I would like to do a single axle 1946 Chevrolet tractor using the 41 Revell pickup cab. I know that when Dencon was in business they produced a tire and wheel set that looked about right. I remember reading that they might have been the wheels and tires out of one of the Opel Blitz kits. With Dencon no longer available the price for an Opel kit on ebay is pretty steep just for wheels. Anyone have an idea what might be available out there or might be a good option to use for this build.
