davysmodels Posted May 29, 2007 Posted May 29, 2007 Is there a resin body/kit (1/25 scale) of the 1973 Olds Cutlass formal hardtop (the one with the verticle opera windows) (not the fastback style roofline) and/or the 1973 Buick Century in the same formal Hardtop style. THANK YOU....
gasman Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 IIRC R&R does a 73 Buick Century, but do not quote me on that
Marc @ MPC Motorsports Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 The '73 Century, if it was an R&R piece, is not in their current inventory per Star Models listing on The Resin Realm. One could possibly mate the roof from a Revell '77 Monte Carlo to a Johan '75 Cutlass...
455 Rocket Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 Scale Equipment Limited has a '73 Hurst Olds that looks like what you're looking for. www.seltd.net/24111cp.html
Aaronw Posted June 1, 2007 Posted June 1, 2007 I can't speak for the Olds, but I have a '58 Dodge Powerwagon from SE Ltd and it is amazing. Thier resin isn't cheap but it is very nice.
Dragon7665 Posted June 7, 2007 Posted June 7, 2007 This Cutlass Supreme Colonnade was built by another Fellow Cutty Lover, using a modified back half of the roof from Johan's 70 Eldo 8) Johan's Fastback roof's depict the 442 and Cutlass S Coupes
davysmodels Posted June 8, 2007 Author Posted June 8, 2007 Your picture did not display. Sure would like to view the pic. Thank you. davysmodels. Thanks for the idea to use the johan kit.
Dragon7665 Posted June 13, 2007 Posted June 13, 2007 Sorry Dave, the owner must've been rearranging his albums(If fotki didn't pull it like they do from time to time :? ). I went ahead and saved to my photo account that I usually wont adjust for a few months if not longer(or if I do, I'll repost the new location  ).
davysmodels Posted June 14, 2007 Author Posted June 14, 2007 Dragon7665/Rob G, Thank you for the Cutlass picture. That is PERFECT. If you should ever get any more pictures (other views), appreciate if you could post them. thankyou.
