revshag Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 I recently acquired a kit that I've been after for a while. My original plan was to build it box stock. After I got it I was doing research for the build and came across a modern twist on the 1:1 vehicle. The more I look at it the more I like it. So I'm not sure what to do. Stick with box stock or go with the custom job? There's more appeal going custom as I'm pretty sure it hasn't been done in scale (at least not that I can find). I can always continue to hunt for the kit again and build it box stock down the road. I'm interested in what you guys think. Thanks for the input, Chris
jeffs396 Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 Divide that baby down the middle length-wise, build it stock on one side and custom on the other
Harry P. Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 I don't see how we are supposed to tell you how to build your kit. That's your decision.
diymirage Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 like this camaro, i couldnt decide if i should paint it white and use these rims or paint it red and use these rims ? and the winner is...the perfect getaway car, half the eyewitnesses saw a red car, the other half saw a white one
VW Dave Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 We might be better able to form opinions if we knew what car you were talking about. Took the words right outta my mouse
