no. it's not mis-spelled. Ford never made a BOSS 429 Mach 1.

Anyway, just building my version of a '70 Ford Mach 1 Street Machine.

started out as a 3-N-1 Monogram Boss 429 kit.

The color is testors grabber blue. FredCadyInc. Decals and some parts box rims.

slowly but surely, its coming along:

Mock-up.......Checking the stance. the "stink - bug" look was in:

didnt care for the quality of the original paint job.

stripped it, prepped it and re-shot the grabber blue one more time.

turned out a little better.

Not much of a Ford fan, but I gotta admit; this is very intriguing. A nice "what if" phantom build. I remember Hi-Jackers well. Period perfect stance. I like it.

My thoughts exactly. I like phantoms in general, and I really like your name for it.

(I'm a Chevy guy so, being a Ford, I've been known to "Mock one" from time to time! :lol:)
