Photo Etch Spring Shackles

Looking for some help here guys. I know I saw an announcement somewhere about someone offering photo etch spring shackles. I was sure it was recently too. Figured at the time that I needed to write it down so I could find it again, but thought I would be able to find it again and didn't make any notes. Can someone please help? I have a couple projects that I need them for and can't find where I saw them.
