mookie Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 I am going through a crisis, I cannot leave any of my models alone all of them are asking for a redo. The next victim is new Challenger. I do not have a camera at the moment but am planning to get a decent one by next week, if all goes to plan. Chopped off the roof, and added a Saleen Mustang Speedster cover, and front bumper grafted on, and a Corvette rear bumper splitter. Since I rebuilt the 70 Challenger, I had a 340 Six-Pack laying aroung so I said why not, and in it went. This picture was taken with my laptop Camera so it is not even close to good quality, but like I said good camera in the next couple of days.
mookie Posted February 7, 2012 Author Posted February 7, 2012 Woohoo new camera!!! Took some progress shots of the Challenger. I still need to do bodywork.

mookie Posted February 8, 2012 Author Posted February 8, 2012 wide body it too its going to be wild I think I might do that now. That hadn't popped into my head now that I look at it, it does a need a widebody.
mookie Posted February 8, 2012 Author Posted February 8, 2012 Started the widebody. I am doing it like Topo (TS Designs). http://thesemablog.b...hallengers.html
mookie Posted February 8, 2012 Author Posted February 8, 2012 After a little bit of body filler and a little bit of sanding. You can sort of see the difference compared to the rear bumper.
mookie Posted February 21, 2012 Author Posted February 21, 2012 Little bit of an update, lost inspiration for a little while but im back at it. Still have a whole lot of body work to do. You can see the difference of the front and rear track in the last picture.
Dr. Cranky Posted February 21, 2012 Posted February 21, 2012 Man, you got a lot of mud on this build. I'm excited about seeing the results. Keep it going.
