Do any of you get into seriously chopping up diecast cars?

Have you done any radical mods like chopping tops, sectioning, or anything else that would cut it into pieces? Are you using JB Weld to join the pieces back together? Have you bonded styrene/resin/Renshape to metal? What adhesive did you use? How did that work out?
