Flashpointmotorsports resin promod bodies

Hey guys im new here and m inteested in getting a a flashpoint motorsports promod body. Ive never used resin before but what i need to know is do the chassis's have to be hand made or will a chassis from the 55 cvevy prosportsman work? Any tip would be appreciated......joe

You should be able to adapt the sportsman kit to the resin body No problem, The reason you see alot of hand made chassis is were doing 1/16th promods and you can get pretty accurate like the 1:1 chassis. Check out Tyrones 68 camaro narrow promod body, I believe he is using a flashpoint body and adapted the same chassis.

The tub works great. You may need to bend a few pieces of roll bar to fit your body contours. Carefully clip off the front A arms and reglue to fit your wheelbase. I also modify the rear suspension to drop the rear down a bit too.

Ok tanks guys i just bought the 55 pro sportsman model today. Just looking to do something different and cool. Some of the stuff you guys do is amazing and way out of my league. Thanks..joe
