Rob,

This is coming along well. The yellow paint, what did you use for the undercoat was it the grey or did you use something else? I always find yellow the most difficult colour to paint.

Thank's ! I used grey , I should have used white I think ?

Thats all new to me ,weathered/worn look , but willing to give it a try.

This build is a replica of my brother-in-laws 1:1 excavator and he's redoing the whole thing from top to bottom (the works) so I'm leaving that choice up to him on how it should look.

I also did a replica of his utility truck last year..............
