Tired of kit bashing Posted June 8, 2007 Author Posted June 8, 2007 yes it's all resin and lots of my own scratch built parts.
Semi Trailer Mechanic Posted June 10, 2007 Posted June 10, 2007 What's goin' on... For a resin kit that looks like it's detailed really well.
Old Albion Posted July 1, 2007 Posted July 1, 2007 Rob, This is coming along well. The yellow paint, what did you use for the undercoat was it the grey or did you use something else? I always find yellow the most difficult colour to paint.

Jairus Posted July 2, 2007 Posted July 2, 2007 Very nice Rob. Like how this is coming along. I forget... is this going to be a worn, weathered example or a clean new excavator? :?:

I forget... is this going to be a worn, weathered example or a clean new excavator? :?: Thats all new to me ,weathered/worn look , but willing to give it a try. This build is a replica of my brother-in-laws 1:1 excavator and he's redoing the whole thing from top to bottom (the works) so I'm leaving that choice up to him on how it should look. I also did a replica of his utility truck last year..............
