Planting that money tree

So I was surfing around wishing I had a money tree when I came across this Ebay listing! Man, that would be a nice haul! If I'm going to follow in Don's footsteps I need to start investing in this paint starting now. (yes before I get my airbrush) That way I'm ready when I get it! Just wish my current situation was a bit different. I have to wait about another 7-8 months then I should be back to "normal"

It's not too bad if you're looking to stock up, @ $1 per jar, but the big problem is that there's really only a few colors there. I counted roughly 22 of just the green...that's a little overkill if you ask me.

keep your eyes open. A few years back I bought a box like that with 150 bottles of paint for $6.00. Lots of military colors, but usable in diorama building. Sold a load of them for 25 cents each.

Yeah, garage sales are getting ready to start popping up, I'll be all over them! Been checking out ebay, craigslist, and will be going to the local model club next month to see what else I can find! I'm getting really excited. About 1/2 done with my current model which is the first model I've done in over 25 years. I'm building it just the way I did 25 years ago then my next model I'm going to put forth the knowledge I have learned here. (learned them after I started) My ultimate score will be doing a 1967 Mustang for my wife. That is her dream car so I'm going to practice good and hard before I dive into that project. Anyway, thanks for the help, I didn't even notice all the similar colors. I'll keep looking, I don't have a "C" note anyway. LOL
