Greg Myers Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 I'd like to help you but I have no idea what you are talking about. That little "hickey" that goes on top of the manifold of an old Ford V-8 ? What's it look like ? I'll bet any number of people here on this very board have one, and would be glad to help you out if they only knew what it looks like. So here it is. What the heck would you use one of these for? The point being, if you have a question about something, need a part, or you'd just like some information about something, what the heck does it look like ? Show us what it looks like.
JunkPile Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 Is it a cover for intake manifold hole where stock choke parts/linkage for carb. come up and thru?
kobuzz Posted March 7, 2012 Posted March 7, 2012 It's a carb block off plate for a 3 bolt carb. Used on multi carb intakes (4x2, 6x2)
Greg Myers Posted March 7, 2012 Author Posted March 7, 2012 (edited) We have a winner, Scott. Good job. Now let's use some pictures when one needs help finding, identifying, trying to describe things we know nothing about. Remember a picture is worth a 1000 words. Naw. I don't think a 1000 words will do it here. Edited March 7, 2012 by Greg Myers
