Thanks Craig. I'm going to look for one at our show on the 25th of this month in Columbus Ohio. I really want one that's not put together or missing parts. I don't have a lot of parts for trucks as it is, so, that's one reason I want one that's not built yet. I really appreciate your help and information. Dan

I did see this new one on their a watkins one and if you need parts i got a decent amount sure someone here would help you out dan. Just keep in mind that this kit was made in 70's its rare and hard to find and to get a complete unbuilt kit is usally expensive. Most of the ones i have bought have all the major parts you can make the missing detail parts like mirrors grab handles lights etc Edited March 14, 2012 by pete3522

Wow, I didn't realize how old a kit this is. Old age has gotten in the way once again. :D I really appreciate your help Craig. I just don't have the money right now. I have to sell some other stuff before I can even think about getting one of these. That's why I'm waiting until after our show. I have a table to sell some cars and military kits to raise the funds for this and some other stuff. You have been a great help to me for all you have done on finding these two kits and I thank you for that. Dan

Note: I haven't worked for over 3 years now (laid off) and I guess that means that I'm forced into retiring. I'll be 65 this month and have a few health issues.

I understand been there too thats why i buy alot of used ones and restore them cant afford and i am not payen over $100.00 for a model kit its ridiculous

Yep, I agree that 100.00 bucs is too much to pay for a model kit.

How far from Columbus do live Craig? You're welcome to come to our show (BSAC) on the 25th. We should have a great show this year especially if the weather holds out like it has so far. Dan

I am not sure off hand i say a few hrs but my gf had a accident a couple yrs ago and has seizures so i dont go very far especially without her
