Mooneyz you can reduce some of those Basecoats and PBC's (the 4oz. bottles) much more than 50%.

I reduce mine 100%, 1:1,and in some cases like reds, whites and other pigment rich colors, 200%.

You can reduce HOK even more for miniatures allowing you to dust on super thin layers.

The 2 oz. bottles in the front are Intensifiers (toners) that can be used in Candies, basecoats and even in Clear.

And remember that you can also get the new Shimmrin 2 line in the same amounts, although really expensive. I just got a couple of new colors to test them out.

Pat the 2:1 is what was recommended. when I sprayed my 1/16th scale FED... I mixed them 1:1. you are right that the koncentrates are to be added to clears, candies or basecoats.

Virgil I will have to check them out ;)

C'Mon Pat how about some proof?

"It was not made, mixed or anything by House Of Kolor.

The Valspar name was licensed for this use."

Yet it's printed right on the box!

"Trust but verify"

Mike I don't have any satellite surveillance data or any clandestinely tape recorded phone conversations.

I've been promoting HOK products for about 10 years.

Take the info for what's it's worth to you, unless of course the whole thing is just eating at ya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
