How to touch up

Dow do I touch up my car? It is black with red stripes. Masking tape residue stuck to the red and I tried alcohol, heat, fingers, and adhesive remover. The alcohol smeared the paint and the heat made the paint tear when I rubed it. The paint also chipped in places along the stripes so I have to touch up with two colors.

If it's just one or two small spots you can touch up with a brush then wet sand to blend it sack in then clear the entire body. Otherwise you may have to strip the whole thing and start over.

What kind of tape did you use?

What paint did you use and how long did you let it dry before taping it off?
