I was raised by a Marine and a full blooded Scotswoman . The rules were few , simple to understand , and strictly enforced ! Step beyond the boundries ? You paid the price !

As far as I'm concerned , my mother invented the practice of using foreign objects for beatings ! None available or within reach ? She'd pick up one of your siblings and beat you with them ! Lol !

I would not change that upbringing for all the wealth in the world ! To this day , she'll still biff you upside the head for acting up in her " domain " , as we call it ! Fair , firm , and consistent , I adore both of them and still seek their council when I need advice !
