Red88lx Posted August 12, 2012 Share Posted August 12, 2012 This is my first scratch build. The model is the 1997 Cobra 1:25, the glue bomb was created by me years ago... Last night I had time to strip the body and sub frame. I as going for a drag set up with maybe a 5.4 2V turbo setup. As I dug into it I realized this would make my first scratch project, so to the LHS I went for styrene. I'm kinda stuck now due to not having any wheels and tires for mock up. Been searching for a set up all morning, maybe you guys could point me in some direction. I have the Castrol GTX fueler, but that setup just looks ridiculous in this car. Looking for more of a 10.5" class tire. Welcoming any input thus far. This is my first, so please take it easy on me... Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Seeing everybody re-build their old glue bombs makes me want to do a couple of mine again since I have more skills now than I did back then.
