On the sedan delivery I'm working on the wheels point every derection but forward before I glue them is there any ideas you guys might have to maybe fix it

Not sure what the specific problem is from your post. Do they just not fit onto the axle or are the mounting points warped. Can you give us a little more detail or a few pics?

They fit on the axle they are very loose and no matter how hard I try they flop outward

Can you glue the suspension solid to keep them straight or perhaps add some reinforcement that can be disguised as part of the suspension?
