since i dont have alot of money for aftermarket parts i decided to make my own rear fenders and rear bumper from scratch. i used a garage sale sign and some styrene and a lot of super glue lol i think it turned out great for what i had to work with

Hi dont give up your doing a good job so far i have been building trucks and cars for years now and I would still take a lot of time to scratch parts and sometimes i would throw the part into the bits box and start over again !

hello guys, when i shorten or stretch a frame i lke to do it where its behind a feul tank. And I also try to cut it @ a 60deegree angle that way you get more glue surfce on the splice and its also stronger,I still put a stiffiner inside of frame. Terry

When ur scratch builden stuff u dont want to b in a hurry,if so measure twice and check ur measurements .I have scratch built a 1/25 scale rep of a lowboy. It took just about a year.I rebuilt a few things on it bcause it wasnt rite or I didnt like how it turnded out.But keep in mind when its done no matter how long it takes you can say I did and ur Happy whith it.
