am73grand Posted September 1, 2012 Posted September 1, 2012 Finally got this one wrapped up a few minutes ago. I made the body myself and stretched the chassis. I scratch built the door panels. It has some issues but I am pleased with the way it came out. With it's baby brother Thanks for looking!!!!

340-6 Posted September 1, 2012 Posted September 1, 2012 Thats some intense scratch-building you did there, Great job! Vista Cruiser has always been my favourite Olds.
hvymtl Posted September 1, 2012 Posted September 1, 2012 That is really nice the 442 coupe looks exactly like a friends car . As f this he has repainted it Silver . but these two are awesoome builds. Very good work on the wagon Michael
CEKPETHO BCE Posted September 1, 2012 Posted September 1, 2012 Oh that looks amazing. I love that shade of red. What kind of paint is that? Are they both resin kits?
am73grand Posted September 1, 2012 Author Posted September 1, 2012 Oh that looks amazing. I love that shade of red. What kind of paint is that? Are they both resin kits? The color is Testors laqcuer "Flame Red". They are both plastic kits. The coupe is a Johan body with an AMT chassis and Revell hood and bumpers. The Wagon is also plastic, Made from parts of 6 different kits.

CEKPETHO BCE Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 Wow 6 models gave their life for that wagon, but the end result looks well worth it.
