eizzle Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 (edited) Hey, that's the same clear I use. I just threw away about a 1/3 of a bottle of hardner cause it flashed off in what I thought was a sealed can... I guess not! Edited October 30, 2012 by eizzle

eizzle Posted November 8, 2012 Posted November 8, 2012 That sure is pretty! Did you thin your clear at all? I've found it goes on a lot smoother if I thin it down a little with 91% isopropyl alcohol.
camaroz06 Posted November 9, 2012 Posted November 9, 2012 New guy here, nice build! What does this thin/clean up with rubbing alcohol? I thought I saw rubbing alcohol mentioned. Woohoo! I finally got my clear coat! Lets finish this thing.
eizzle Posted November 9, 2012 Posted November 9, 2012 (edited) I use 91% isopropyl alcohol to thin my clear coat. I've got the same brand and type as blue Popsicle. I've also used it to strip urethanes, works great. Edited November 9, 2012 by eizzle
