on my bench right now is a 1972 STP plymouth

Iam using a stock gtx and fabricating a roll cage from an old mark martin folgers car.

In reasearching the paint scheme - I noticed in my book cars of the king, several different red and blue combinations,

some cars curve the red around the grille and on the front fender like this

while others bring the red over the grile and paint the whole front fender red like this

I like to build my petty models in a unique way so which scheme was used the least,

also i have seen both the blackout panel and blue panel on the hoods of both cars with the ghost stp decals , what do you like better?

I am leaning toward the red across the grille with the all blue hood?

sugestions? imput any one?
