Leaky Boat Louie question

Normally I am a serious model builder but wanted to take short break and do something wacky.

So I started one of the weirdo-ohs, Leaky Boat Louie this weekend. My kit did not have decals for the "swimming area" sign and the boat motor logo as shown in the box art. So question: is my kit missing the decals or are none included.

None of the Weird-Ohs I have had any decals in them. They are all mid-'90s Testors issues, I don't know if any of the earlier or later issues would have had decals.

Checkin' ebay showed at least the Hawk Kits had decals in'em:
