painting and sanding?

Is it better to sand last base coat then apply gloss..or is it better to not sand at all between base coat and applying gloss coat....thanx

Its better to wet flat between every coat of paint unless your doing candys/prismatics and flakes

thanx you guys all for your very speedy and important info..but you I was notified to make sure I post whatever I ask it ect make sure its in the right area. So I'll be asking my questions i'm the q@a section that's provided here...i'm new so I gotta make sure I follow the rules..I love this site!!!!
