Patrick2005 Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 I've been working on this one for a while and have it almost done except that the stock hood won't fit. As you can see I used the engine from the Revell Saleen Speedster and the blower won't clear, no matter how much I tried to trim it. So it's on the back burner until I can find a new hood with a good sized scoop. Anyways here are a couple pics.
Scuderia Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 That's lookin pretty sporty. I like it alot! what wheels are on it?
Patrick2005 Posted November 17, 2012 Author Posted November 17, 2012 Those are also from the Saleen Speedster.
bryan_m Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 lookin good! why dont you just scratchbuild a scoop on the hood? that way you wouldnt have to buy one, or wait for one, and you could make it look anyway you want. the engine bay looks really nice...... cheers bryan
Patrick2005 Posted November 17, 2012 Author Posted November 17, 2012 never really thought about or tired to attempt to build a scoop. I always just made a pre-made scoop fit on a new hood. May have to try that.
