Rocketman455 Posted September 11 Posted September 11 My haul from last Saturday HMCA Show and Swap Meet in Lebanon IN. This is a great show. And a bonus is I only live 5 minutes away from it. 12

Parts include a few sets of glass (two Falcon funny car, '58 Impala, '62 Bel Air among others), couple of engines, Modelhaus '70 Chevy pickup grille/bumper, and some suspension parts. MPC 1/20 Altered is complete. Monogram Rolls is missing some small stuff but it is a first issue and the shiny black body parts are mint. I have another later one to rob the needed parts from. I don't know who did the resin Dart but it's quite nice. I figure one of the chrome paints will take care of the bumpers and grille. Sandkat is missing the engine but the chassis is all there. '66 Nova is missing tires/wheels and decal sheet. Mustang II is missing one front wheel. I was going to get some pro stock decals for it, but might actually go with an out-of-the-box build. Cyclone is missing traction bars, JJ Vega is missing tires and decals but the chassis/engine are intact. Not a bad day. Nice kits and haul.. 1

HomerS Posted Monday at 12:12 AM Posted Monday at 12:12 AM Toy show last weekend. The gentleman had a handful of built models and parts kits that someone made slot cars out of the bodies. This looked 1/25-ish made by Ideal. It was $10 6

Keef Posted Monday at 01:01 AM Posted Monday at 01:01 AM (edited) Picked these up at a local Walmart today. Walked in and went to look at the hot wheels and there it was, brand new shipper. Wife asked me if there were any that I didn’t already have and if so get them or I’d regret it so I grabbed a few. Edited Monday at 01:03 AM by Keef 6

Yeah same, always have enjoyed the content. I have missed getting the last 4 years, so trying to play catch up when some become available on ebay in Australia. 1

A modeler named mike Posted Monday at 03:15 PM Posted Monday at 03:15 PM Gee, I wonder if when making one of those sandman vehicles does it cause you to fall asleep? 🙄 1

ewetwo Posted Monday at 04:33 PM Posted Monday at 04:33 PM Just now, thatz4u said: David, do you have any money left??? It was a steal. But most need parts. Like the 1963 Cadillac. No motor. Not a big deal to me. But it needs the from suspension. Now that's going to be difficult. So I'll be doing a lot of surfing. LOL.

Some like the Lincoln I'm putting right into the display case and leave as is. Some I'll move along as repairing windshield frames and body panels is not my thing. Above my building talents.
