This just arrived today from Scalehobbyist:

I wanted to get it before Round2 charges the $10 premium for the "Rat Fink Edition".  Looking forward to building it along with the 4070B I have in the stash.

Also picked up this old Turbine engine kit. I'm going to use it in the Knight Rider 2000 car, which came with no engine. Should be fun.

 

Last, but not least, my son got this 1972 Duster for me for my Bday. Looking forward to start it. First kit I ever had that included heater hoses and a fuel line with filter.

 

I like the Plymouth Duster kit and the new decals it has !

A Monogram L'IL Coffin. From ebay here in the UK for £10 as it is already used/started etc, as you can see it's in bits. The owner painted most things gold and tried to stick the chrome parts on top of the paint, but also without removing the chrome plating. I'm stripping the paint from the back axle/driveshaft and the engine block as most of the chrome parts began to fall off once I handled them. The hinges on both the doors and body are broken in one way or another and I will try to replace them.

Found these at an online shop Saturday, arrived yesterday. $62 for the pair, delivered. Thought I did well.

Mega haul today, Japan and US order's arrived same day again, also had Australian BNA Model World order arrive and got some kits from the local Aldi store.

 

Plaza Japan kits that were pre ordered a month ago. The 430 Cedric has some awesome Cragar SS style wheels,  Aoshima used them in the old Hot Rod 330 Cedric kit.

Yeah I got another ProShop and more wheels.

 

BNA Model World.

And finally got these kits at the local Aldi, amazing to see Revell kits being sold there especially in a small regional town. 

Now I got to try find room for all this stuff, I really got to stop buying kits.

They sound like the wheels I got with an Aoshima Y30 Cedric, they went very nicely on a '65 Corvette.

It's in the wash! When I've finished re-building a glue bomb L'ill Coffin and a new Heller Renault R4 I can get on with this! I've seen pics of many builds and the colour changes builders have made of this kit, I'm contemplating colours etc. I must find a wired distributor to start with.

The jag is cool.  How is the front end? That was a problem with the older mold.
