Found this on the stoop this morning. Ok, it was Ebay, but funny how I got this for 23 w/shipping USD and another listing had it for $53 free shipping.image.thumb.jpeg.21b5ba00a9287411b8bf58e74d9aa10d.jpeg

Absolutely great kit choice; I had a good time building mine; bought mine in person at a hobby shop in downtown Traverse City, MI last year. $43 U.S.

Those wheels are beautiful. I remember building that kit as a kid. The chain drive was the coolest thing.

Nah, it was the tapped keg in the front seat.

Great haul, Rob. I'm really digging the Lola and the Monogram classics.

I built the Monogram Cord and Continental as a kid in the 70s, never built any of the others.  After a recent visit to a Packard museum, I had an interest in building more of them.   The Lola was something I stumbled across, love the endurance race cars of the 60s-70s.

As a marshall at the Silverstone Circuit, we saw the first ever truck racing meeting in the uk Many,Many moons ago! It's changed a lot now with all of necessary safety items in place.

@PatW the footage of these things is always so dramatic, must have been insane in person! Looking forward to your Citroen build. Belkits are top tier stuff, I’m yet to build one but I got a WRC Ford in queue by them.

Arrived today by mail. The back story on how it came to be is on the "what pleased you today" which made this a no brainer. Open and complete, $24.45 total for the kit, shipping and tax..
