since this is a rebuild of a old kit,there is no primer layer. but i still have to wet sand. but this was the first time i was my duel action airbrush to pant a whole body. also FYI..i mainly use acrylic paints. but seeing how the paint layed down,i was really impressed on the comparence of spray cans. idk....i may leave the panned paints alone as far as the whole is concerned. but aslo i mixed bright red and metallic pure gold for the body. i dont have a name for the color but suggestions are welcomed :rolleyes:

looks like an aggressive project. I'm no where near ready to open doors and trunks yet. Not sure I ever will be. I look forward to seeing more of your progress on this one.

you took the chance with rust weathering on the mustang its coming along like a pro my dude. just go it ,thats all i did bro. i double dog dare u to start a side project for hinging. ill be there every step of the way bro....lol. and thats a kid rule like in a chrismas story....lol

Thanks kc!! And your absolutely right too. one other thing though whats the best way to blend the thunk hinges and the styrene tubes?? thanks again bro!!!....ooooohhhhh yeah not done yet first time ever using BMF!!!!
