caine440 Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 (edited) Joseph's project got me inspired to get rolling on my own. This is a JF body that darn near killed my dremel getting it cleaned up and thinned out. Planning on using several parts from speed city resin and slixx decals and lot of parts box bits. gasser59 Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 Really cool start Roger. Love the stance of these AWB vehicles. I have build one of these one day soon.
dodgefever Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 Good start, which decals are you using? Landy's?
gtx6970 Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 (edited) Cool project. Is the JF body based on an original AMT kit , or is it based on a Polar lights version ? I have a resin 1965 Plymouth afx hardtop coming for a Sox and Martin car ( later) Edited January 16, 2013 by gtx6970
Green Duster Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 I'm going to be watching this. You got me with the pic!
nitro_force_fan Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 Looking awsome! Glad someone else has joined the fun! Maybe we can give eachother some tips! Gotta sick kid now but gonna get back to mine soon! Joe
caine440 Posted January 17, 2013 Author Posted January 17, 2013 Joseph we are on the same page... Our 6 month old son Ronnie spent most of last night at the doctors and the wife is staying home with him today. Funny how life cuts into bench time.. Bill, from looking at it compared to the Speed City body I have I am going to guess it is based on the AMT.
hOLMS Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 I gotta agree...AWB cars are cool. Been wanting to build one for 3 years now, a little Ford Falcon or similar. Looks like a great start Roger!
