Hi im very new at building cars how do I get clean silver windshield frames its letting me down please help

For the last several years I've had good luck with silver paint pens. The Testors ones seem to work best.

I usually free-hand long straight edges, but use 3-M Fine line tape for the rest.

Experiment on some old bodies to get a "feel" for it first.

Pin-stripe tape works great too as you can turn corners with it.

Many body shops have leftover rolls they can't use.
