The easiest thing to do is go to photobucket.com, and follow the directions there on how to set up your free account. Follow the simple step-by-step instructions and upload your photos to your album(s) there. Then, to post a photo here, simple copy the image URL from photobucket and paste it into your post here. Any image posted here has to have image tags at the beginning and end of the image UR, otherwise it won't show up.
