1:1 question about waterborn paints?

I have been to a bunch of websites and forums looking for someone who has used waterborn paints to paint their car's. and have come up goose egg. So I'm wondering if anybody had used them on here? I'm looking for as much info as I can get. I'm sure I could find answers I'm looking for if I knew how to use the internet.

I will answer here..... Auto Air or PPG waterborne will work well, but are a lot different to work with....high psi, heat guns....I have seen a number of custom paint jobs done with AA and am impressed.

Auto Air I can't really help you out with. If you are wanting to know about DuPont Cromax I can

help you out with that. I have been using it for the last 4 mths. You can ask here or pm me your ?'s

Put it out here Jimmy....any info on WB is good for us.

I did do some tests with AA in my badger 155.

I tried to over reduce it so I could shoot at 30 psi instead of the 55/60 recommended ..AA were correct of course, I never shot pics of the runs. I since did get a new compressor, and should break them out again as I have shot them at 55 psi with great results

I have a couple of the AA dvd's and they make it look straight forward.
