Question about the 1/16 Peterbilt 359 reissue

Are the wheels, tanks, etc., chrome plated in the reissue or do they have the aluminum-look finish like the original version. They look chrome on the box art. Thanks in advance!

I wonder why they left the text on the box front indicating that the wheels and tanks have the "dull matte aluminum finish."

The 359 pete I have the tanks and wheels are chrome plated

In all of the original/old kits I have, both the KW's (red one and the metallic blue Aerodyne) had matte finished wheels, tanks, etc. and on both the Pete's (the white one and the yellow one) the pieces were chrome.

I used a set of the Pete chrome wheels on my KW Areodyne I am working on.

Yeah, it looks like the Pete reissue (and most likely the upcoming KW reissue) have chrome. They just neglected to remove the reference to the matte aluminum finish from the box art.
