Mrdarkmonkey96 Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 I'm really interested to know if this guys going to get charged or whatever for the damages. Especially if it wasnt his fault due to mechanical failure or what have you. I suppose there will be a big investigation.
CJ1971 Posted May 23, 2013 Author Posted May 23, 2013 Let me just jump in here for a sec'... Since I started the thread... Firstly, if it was read correctly by some people, there wouldn't be a need for half the drivel that's been posted. Quite CLEARLY I mentioned the car WAS HIRED/RENTED... Not owned. I made NO mention of millionaires or billionaires & how they decide to spend THEIR money. Secondly some people have lost or never had a sense of humor! I said the car "spontaneously-combusted", apparently, as a joke... You know... Tongue-firmly-in-cheek... I was jesting! Clearly there's some sort of technical or mechanical failure that caused the spontaneous fire! I didn't feel the need to add that because it WAS a JOKE! Geez. Instead we get a full run-down on how/why this half-million dollar car must've caught fire, along with too bad for the rich people etc. Totally unnecessary. It doesn't matter what you earn or how much $ you have in your bank account. How you spend YOUR $ is totally YOUR choice. It's YOUR $! None of that matters if your $1000/10,000/100,000 or $1,000,000 car suddenly bursts into flames, does it?? It's no wonder people are fed up with the constant drivel getting around this board & are leaving in droves.... *rant over*
