retired & glad Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 Is there a website that I can see what is in production from the model makers? I haven't been back into this hobby very long and was wondering if I could find out what is being produced and possibly is out of production. I have some old NASCAR models that was given to me in the 80's ( still in the wrap) and don't want to start them. I am not into NASCAR but I would like to start buying some kits that are not over priced due to availability I've tried to google websites but can't find anything on production status. I have started a Lindberg 66 Chevelle I bought a good while back and its going together pretty good. Thanks for any info I can get. Richard
Greg Myers Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 (edited) Google is your friend. Just look up the model companys : http://www.revell.com/ AMT / MPC (Round2 ) http://www.round2models.com/ and read the board to keep up with which companys have gone out of business and which have been bought up by others. don't forget your local hobby shops and the big box hobby stores too, Hobby Lobby, Michaels etc. local clubs would be a big help too. johnbuzzed Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 Try googleing Model King or Model Roundup. I think you'll like the results.
