Well, good morning, Lucas, I usually sleep to 6:30 or 7, but am up at 5 to take my granddaughter to the bus stop today.

A good morning to you too! At least, it means that I have more time for building

Not today, but yesterday, I discovered that I've misplaced two of my three Novus plastic polishes. I have no idea where they are at this point, and I have some paint that needs polishing. I'm not a happy pup.

The worst part of looking for stuff is knowing it'll be in the last place ...

This is true because we usually stop looking soon after we find it

And I just know that if I go out and buy more, the lost ones will magically reappear.

Sorry to hear this Carl, my prayers are with you.

Not Irked but sad. Lost a good friend i have known for 30 years...He was 49 years old. Very young....Thanks for listening guys

Sorry about your friend, Carl. It sounds that, especially during all the crapp he had to go through over the years, he was lucky to have had a good friend like you.

My condolences to you Carl on the loss of your life-long friend. I too, have a dear friend that's nearing the end, and I've known him most my life. It's sad to get old and watch your nearest friends and family pass away... but I think that we have to be realistic and know that we all go sooner or later. Hopefully on the other side, our spirits will reconnect.

The rain

Agreed. Several very pleasant days of weather, followed by gray, windy, chilly, drizzly gloom. Great weather for doing hobby stuff though.

Really starting to get ass-chapped about some aspects of my current primary business relationship. Maybe time to be movin' on.

I'm guessing they don't make a "chapstick" for this problem...unless it's a bat.

Yeah, I've never been a basketball fan and it really annoys me when sometimes that's all that's on...... all over the channels. I guess there must be a LOT of fans of the game out there.

When there's nothing really good on most channels to watch, is when I watch my recorded TV shows or pop in one of my DVD's and then make some popcorn and enjoy!

Same here Nick, i watch my dvds or on demand just about all the time..

Basketball on TV. I'd rather be watching the Big Bang Theory.

Scott

Same thing here, but not BBT, Wheel of Fortune.

for what it's worth .... both amazon & netflix are about 8$ a month for their movie services. no commercials, decent variety, and you can watch a whole season of television shows in one afternoon at the bench.

Yep...I use of Amazon, Netfix and Hulu streaming all the time. If it wasn't for motorsports and the NFL and a few shows I like to see close to the original air time (like Better Call Saul), I'd get rid of cable..
