BTW The windscreen frame looks particularly well done - seems to have the correct rubber sealing, which can't have been easy. Is there a trick?

Thanks for the nice comments , There is no trick work involved , the screen surround is just done with a silver Sharpie , I guess it is just the photo makes it look like a rubber seal.
