Help find the article: cummins engine conversion

A few years ago I remember finding an article posted on line about converting the incorrect Cummins nt350 to a correct NT35? something about the engine in the 359 pete and other kits being a prototype engine or something along those lines. It was long ago I remember seeing it.

Does anyone have info or know of this article. I want to do a correct engine in my Diamond reo build.
