Chris White
I build this one a while ago, but wasn't completely happy with its outcome. The rear quarter windows didn't fit right, and the wheels, actually look to big. I liked the concept, not the execution. Love to see your feedback . o-man
I'm not sure they are too big, but the front track appears wider than the rear. Makes the front wheels look huge. Nice engine choice and like the color too!
Erik Smith
That's pretty cool. The engine looks great in there. The wheels and tires are too big, IMHO - the front tires would have no room to manuever in the wheel wells and don't look quite right. I agree with Oscar, too, the front track is too wide as well. rv1963
I also think the front track is a bit wide, the engine looks very good. I like the chassis and the contrast of the red components against the silver, I think the center section of the chassis should also be silver. A little buffing of the paint and she will look great. Harry P.
The wheels and tires are too big, IMHO - the front tires would have no room to manuever in the wheel wells... Exactly. When you put cartoonishly large wheels and tires on a model it screams "model" or "toy" and not "realistic scale replica," especially when, as Erik pointed out, the tires have no room to either steer or allow suspension travel. slantasaurus
The wheels/tires are a little large for the car. That said, the front track on a Duster IS considerably wider than the rear track on these cars. If you look at a completely stock Duster notice how far the rear tires sit inside the wheelwells. Chrysler engineers would have liked to have used a wider rearend on the Duster but the accountants wouldn't go for it so they had to use a standard A body rear. I like it, Especially the blacked out Sharktooth grille, Don't see too many people do that. Nick

Helix
Looks good Chris, I would have tubbed and dropped it to give a more aggressive stance because the wheels do suit it....!
