ScrappyJ Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 (edited) These are pics. of my 1/18 scale choppers. The bikes are mostly scratch built. They were built about 2 & 1/2 years ago, and then my good friend Dave Morton and I were going to cast them in resin. Then RM came out with their line of bikes, the project was scrapped, and I finally got a chance to finish them this year. I believe, only the tires, inner rims, motor block, transmission case & brake rotor are from the 1/18 Jesse James diecast (even though all of them were heavily modified). The rest, the cylinder jugs, heads, covers, primary set-up, fenders, frames, gas tanks, handle bars, foot and hand controls, were all fabricated using either brass, aluminum, plastic, vaccum forming, etc. Most everything was either chorme-plated by Little Motor Kar company, machined from aluminum, or brass that was polished and chromed. I hope you guys like them: More pics. on my fotki Edited November 13, 2007 by ScrappyJ

ScrappyJ Posted November 13, 2007 Author Posted November 13, 2007 Thanks for the compliments, John and Aleks! John- I have one more that I was working on, but haven't finished it yet. It is based, sort of, on the Billy Lane concept. I hope to have it done shortly.
