This didn't turn out the way I planned and it's not as wild as the real car , but here it is .

I'm planning on repainting it in a brighter color and probably changing the wheels and tires .

Any suggestions are welcomed . Thanks !

I like it as is, why not build another? The engine looks terrific, I like the wheels and tires and the seats.

Thank you Ron !

I have one more kit so I will build another one eventually . :)

I think it turned our great. A little different take on the Manx. I like the dark blue color and the wheels. Great work.

Thanks very much Erik ! :)

I must agree, don't tear it up, build another one!

Thanks Craig !

I'm going to build another , but I can repaint this one without damaging it . All of the body trim , the rollbars , and the body are just glued down with some Micro Liquid Tape . Great stuff , it will hold forever but comes apart very easily with no damage ! :D

Bob, Since you can re-paint it without tearing it up, I think a brighter color will really bring this thing to life, that's actually the first thing I thouight of when I saw the dark color. Maybe something in the primary color spectrum: red, yellow, green, etc,.... Orange is actually the complimentary color for blue, so it would work with anything that's blue on the car that you wanted to leave, plus , it would go with the gray seats! Just some thoughts,..........Nice work though, and the paint job itself looks beautiful.

BTW, I just got some of that liquid tape, glad you like it.

You took the words right out of my mouth! This is a cool little Manx in its own right.

I like when they are done more modern like this. They look great.

There was one I saw once I want to do, it was sitting on modern 18" wheels, had a Chev 350 mated to a Porche transaxle, and it was lookin good with a nice modern bright green metallic.

I'm with everybody else; leave it and build another. I like it as it sits, but I'm not the one who has to be pleased.

Don't touch it !

I agree, build another if you have more ideas. Dune Buggy's are like `32 Fords: no two are alike as there are a million interpretations.

Sweet build, I see nothing wrong with the finished car. I like it alot. B)
