So I am getting back into modeling and want to do some snap kits.

I like the Batmobile and the Mach 5.

What company make kits that are mostly pre painted and snap together?

I believe those two are made by Polar lights.

I think all the brands ( amt,revell,monogram) have a assortment of snap kits. Maybe revell has more than the others but I'm not sure.

If you use ebay you can find old and new releases.

Local hobby shops or craft stores ( michaels, ac Moore) also a good start to look for kits.
